How long have you been in business?
I started creating floral arrangements for my first bridal party in 2016
How many events/weddings do you do each year?
Depending on the size of the wedding I like to do 2 or 3 a month so I can dedicate a fair amount of time to each individual wedding. Of course June is a busy wedding month but one of the many benefits of artificial flowers is I can start early.
What design styles do you provide?
I can work with any style, such as traditional, rustic or theme weddings. I like getting new ideas from customers and I try to stay on top of the latest trends in wedding flowers.
Are you willing to work within my budget?
I generally work with the highest quality elements I can find, which does generate a competitive invoice, but I can create beautiful arrangements for those clients planning a more economical wedding.
Will you provide a mock-up or sketch of my arrangements before the wedding?
I ask a lot of questions and request pictures early in the process so I have a solid idea of what the buyer has in mind. I also will provide the buyer with pictures of their arrangements progression.
How many consultations do I get?
As many as you need to insure you are getting what you want. I am always willing to set up a meeting so you can see or discuss your arrangements.
How much time do you need to complete an order?
This depends on the extravagance of the order, the number in the party and the color combination. The collection of information, planning of the arrangements, obtaining the elements & the creation process takes 4 to 6 months. I can produce a completed order in 2 months under certain circumstances.
Do you provide décor besides bridal party flowers?
Do to storage space and time I limit myself to the bridal party flowers, but I am more than willing to coordinate with a party planner of your choice so your flowers match the table arrangements, ect.
Is there a rental fee for vases, etc?
Props or vases should to be provided by the customer as personal taste for displaying your bouquets vary greatly.
Is there a delivery charge?
I will hand deliver orders that are within 30 miles of my shop, or meet a customer somewhere if possible. Otherwise shipping costs will be discussed when the order is placed.
What time will the flowers be delivered?
Flowers will be complete and delivered dependent on the customers wants. To avoid last minute stress for the bride my goal is always to get the flowers where they need to be at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. There are other things that will be demanding the brides attention during that time.
Will pins be provided for the boutonnieres on the groom and groomsmen?
Yes. However, there is a small fee for fancy beaded pins.
Will a tossing bouquet be provided, or is that extra?
I will provide a tossing bouquet at no extra cost. It will be a small 4-6 inch arrangement that reflects the brides own bouquet.
When do you need the final numbers of people in your wedding party?
Finalized count should be received no less than 2 months from the wedding date. However, small additions can be made it there is enough notification.
Will you be using any pictures of your wedding arrangements in for advertising?
I would use pictures of the flowers in my portfolio book only, unless I have the permission of the bride & groom. I would show them only after the wedding date. I would appreciate a few wedding pictures that include the flowers if possible.
Can they provide photograph samples of their work?
Yes, see photo gallery here or on social media.
What is their pricing?
I can give a detailed estimate if I have you wedding party numbers. Otherwise I can give general pricing based on current the market.
Do they offer payment plans?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the agreement & the balance is due on delivery, or prior to shipping.
What type of payment can you take – cash, check, credit card?
I will be set up to take card payments on this web site soon. Ask me.
What is the cancellation policy?
I begin working on arrangements as soon as possible. 50% of the deposit is non-refundable in the event there is a cancelation between signing of the agreement and 2 months prior to the wedding. The deposit is forfeit if a cancelation occurs in the 2 months prior to the wedding date.
Can the designer provide references?
